How do I become a part of Crossroads Botswana?
At the bottom of this page you will find a link to request the registration
packet that needs to be completed in order to be considered for team
membership with Crossroads Botswana. Our team size is limited to seven individuals
this year, so be sure to send in your completed registration packet early.
All registration fees and registration forms are due to Peter Slayton by
April 18th. No late registrations will be accepted. Airfare must be
purchased by May 16th. The team fee will be due by June 13th.
What will I need for Crossroads Botswana?
LBT will provide assistance to team members while they raise prayer and financial
support ($3200-$3500 to cover airfare to Botswana, in-country transportation,
accommodations, and meals). Team members are responsible, with advice from LBT,
for arranging for the following requirements for travel:
- Round-trip travel to Chicago.
- A valid passport.
- Anti-malarial medication.
- Recommended immunizations.

Airfare or travel expenses to Chicago are not covered in the team fee. Each
individual will be responsible for getting to Chicago by the afternoon of July 18th.
However, if you are flying into Chicago, arrangements can be made to pick you up from
the airport at no additional cost to you. Individuals will also be responsible for
making travel arrangments to get back home after we arrive back in Chicago August 8th.

To request a registration packet to become part of the Crossroads Botswana

Make checks payable to Lutheran Bible Translators and write
"Crossroads Botswana" in the memo line. Your registration fee must be received within
one week of the completed registration. No registrations will be accepted until the fee
is received.
